1. Membership: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
2. Class Bookings: Class fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a class booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations may result in a penalty fee.
3. Refunds: Refunds for class fees may be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations by Traance.fit: Traance.fit reserves the right to cancel classes or memberships for any reason, including but not limited to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or credit towards future classes/membership.
